Terms of Service

Social Media Studio lets school staff design, schedule and publish social media posts, and (optionally) generate captions and images with AI. Features may evolve over time.

You access the Service as a member of a school workspace, typically via GoalKeepers single sign-on. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Admins manage who can join their workspace.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, designs, captions and media you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content, and to publish it to the channels you connect — solely to provide the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service to create, store or publish content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise harmful;
• violates the rights (including intellectual-property and privacy rights) of others; or
• breaches the policies of any platform you publish to, including Meta’s Community Standards and Platform Terms.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you publish.

When you connect a social account (such as Instagram via Facebook), your use of that platform remains subject to the platform’s own terms. We publish only the posts you create and schedule, on your instruction. You’re responsible for your connected accounts and the posts sent from them.

AI captions and images are provided on an “as is” basis and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it, and for the final post.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on a best-effort basis and may change, suspend or discontinue features. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party platforms that are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published through connected platforms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
